Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by Lead Pilot to answer common privacy questions about the Service. It is not an independent audit or certification.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, brokerage, timezone, voice preferences.
- Lead data you enter or import: contact info, notes, messages, reminders.
- Usage data: pages visited, feature interactions, errors, device and browser info.
- Billing data: payment status and subscription details (processed by Stripe).
How we use it
- Operate the Service (store leads, generate follow-up suggestions, send briefings).
- Authenticate you and secure your account.
- Improve product quality, diagnose bugs, and prevent abuse.
- Send transactional email (verification, receipts, product updates you opt into).
Who we share it with
We share limited data with service providers that help us operate:
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase infrastructure) — database, authentication, storage.
- Stripe — payment processing and billing.
- Google — optional Google sign-in.
- AI providers — generating message suggestions from lead context.
We do not sell your data. We do not use lead data to train third-party models.
Retention
Account and lead data are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account by contacting support; we delete personal data within 30 days of deletion, excluding records we're required to keep for tax, legal, or dispute resolution.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, or ask us to delete your account. Email support@leadpilot.app with your request.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed database with row-level security. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@leadpilot.app.
