Terms of Service — Lead Pilot

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Lead Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Lead Pilot is a software tool for real estate agents to organize leads, generate follow-up suggestions, and manage outreach sequences. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Suggestions produced by the Service may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing all outgoing communications before sending them.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Free Trial and Billing

New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass any person, violate applicable law (including anti-solicitation and do-not-call rules), reverse engineer the Service, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of lead data and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time through Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lead Pilot's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
